Super long wait times to find a game in TB???!?!?!

I have been in que with a full group for 17 minutes now? Tried to restart the game and it has now been 12 minutes, why does it take this long to find a game? Is there something wrong with the Riot servers?

Nobody uses team builder because they all pick mid and queue
