Killing scuttles Mission (Lunar Event) ISNT Working... ETC

So Scuttle killing mission doesnt count I killed 6 or 5 of them and it counts 0 The one of winning/ Losing with +5 per win and +2 per loss isnt working too soo I hope I helped to find out that ;P

At this point, I vote to describe it if the events are progressing as people would expect, that would be a bug seeing as Riot is incapable of getting this right and it has happened for every event for the last year.
