Possible shen e bug

Yesterday I played a game where amumu ganked me (I was shen) while I was fighting cho gath top lane. When I saw amumu, I attempted to e through him then flash away to safety. When I successfully taunted amumu, instead of being able to flash or walk away, shen walked right back to amumu to auto and I died. At first I was only suspecting that something went wrong, but when I spawned I was unable to move. I could not use any abilities, open up shop, use summoner spells, anything. I was able to fix it by disconnecting then reconnecting. Today, I checked out the replay to see what happenend, but the replay spazzez out at that particular fight. Hopefully this is helpful information.

Oh, also amumu used his snare after I e'd then shen walked back, not during the e animation.
