[GAMEPLAY] Sion can't use Q and R after death

Hey,

After Sion dies and his passive respawns him (disabling all abilities and giving him the movement speed abilities) when you respawn at your base, sometimes his Q and R cannot be used anymore until you reconnect. The ability buttons are shown as normal usable abilites, but pressing them results in nothing. The W and E are still working.

This happened to me 2 in a row now in ARAM, didn't test it in normal games though.
