Sejuani stun interaction with scuttle.
I noticed while playing Sejuani recently that when I got all 4 stacks on scuttle and cast my e onto it rather than stunning it or doing any damage it reset the stacks completely.

I actually had this happen recently to me, as well. I'll see if I can recover footage later.
I haven't had any issues with it when I've played her. Get a replay highlight uploaded, it'll help the riot team out a lot with trying to figure out what's happening.
