Leave buster when the server had an issues

Hello riot! i just want to say that i have a leave buster but the server was lagging and i couldn't do nothing during a ranked. U guys can also check the game everyone was disconnecting and lagging so hard, i couldn't even reconnect i was in the lobby And like the game didn'T count because the network had an issues and i still have a leave buster.
