Leave Penalty FOR SOMEBODY ELSE LEAVING A QUE POP???!?!?!?!

I was just now kicked out of que for SOMEBODY ELSE not accepting the que. When we WEREN'T EVEN IN A LOBBY, RIOT, IN THE QUE POP, and now I have to wait 30 minutes for SOMEBODY ELSE LEAVING A QUE, RIOT. When has this ever happened EVER, RIOT?
