Hey guys, this has been fixed for a few months now. If you check the date of the video being posted, it's from October.
Yeah that's not normal. The way he started his ult he'd be lucky to turn enough to hit the left side wall. Pathetic people..

This is called botting. It's been in the game for a year at least now and Riot has done next to nothing to stop it.
Just had a game with one of my teammates doing this. Hilarious to watch, but it's obviously not fixed yet, and unfair to the other team.
