AI can't use Bards portals [GAMEPLAY]

Put simply the bots just don't know what to do whn bard uses his portals.I've included a video to help show you, Rammus doesn't acknowledge the portals existance at the start and the second pass through he tries to go through but simply can't (and repeated tests with different champions and difficulties have had the same results) with repeated tests they tend to linger around the front of the portals if their pathing takes them there, but can't go though it for some reason.

To reproduce: Step 1, use bards portal Step 2 observe as the enemies don't know what to do and wander around aimlessly for a little while.
