Unable to use Lux's E (lucent singularity) [Gameplay]

I am unsure how to reproduce the effect but it randomly occurred in the middle of a rank game and nothing I did reversed it. Things like dying, using items, going back to base or even just waiting didn't fix the bug so I added a small portion of screen shots to show. This has been the first time it has happen to me and i have played lux recently so I am unsure if the client/game just glitched or if i had anything to do with the glitch. I also have more sceenshots if needed.
