Loggin Problems, Queue Problem and I got twice banned for that!

Hello riot, 2 days now my client give me errors, on login, on game, on queue, on champ selection.

When i queue for ranked games it It keep telling me the message "Retrieving data from server" then that an error occured, after that i queue again and the same story keeps going on. I got banned for that for 25 minutes twice, because it says that i failed to accept too many games.. I mean come on.. i didnt even had the opportunity to Accept/Decline a queue.

Now i am again banned for another reason, at champions select, we and the opponent banned the champions and suddenly nothing. I cant pick a champion, generally i cant do anything.. and then popup "Retrieving data from server" then an error occured. It throws of me the champion select and i constanlty getting banned because i cant select a champ..

P.S: My connection is absolutely fine, with every other game.
