Ranked emote reward not updating to current rank.

To my understanding, the emote is supposed to reflect your current highest league and not necessarily just the league it was unlocked in. I unlocked it in bronze and got promoted to silver and played a few games, reset client etc and it still shows bronze on the emote but in the progress bar it shows silver.
