Reporting glitch for runes

I'm having issues where runes are missing from my client rune page (trying to change some runes around.). I'm on the new client. Also reporting glitches where i can't message people on my FL during champ select. Another is not able to purchase skins while in champ select.

Im having an issue where i can't access my Rune Pages, It appears as if i have no runes or rune pages. In the champion select i can't choose and rune pages its just blank.
