red buff aggro
was leashing for red buff and the red buff and it did not know who to aggro and kept resetting so we were really late to lane.

this happened to me too, the buff aggrod the adc no matter who hit it, even minutes later, the buff would attempt to get to the ashe no matter where she was on the map, it didnt stop until ashe killed the buff herself because no one else could kill it before it just reset from walking too far away, completely ignoring hte champion hitting it.
Knock ups actually are the cause.
