legends of runeterra help

I open the game, i see the loading animation you can call it, i hear the music in the background and i see ashe stood on a rock, it says logging in... in the bottom left corner but nothing, it's been stuck there for the last 20 mins, still not working. anyone experienced this or have a way around?
