Crash while Selecting Champion

While Selecting Champions in a Ranked Match, my League Client suddenly crashed, causing me to have a 30 minute ban. This is ridiculous that an internal game issue will cause a player to be penalized for something that they cannot control. I have been receiving all kinds of bugs since patch 6.7 and constant crashing after games. This was the first time I have had a crash in the middle of champion select. Please fix this, as this patch is apparently going to get me banned from playing games.
