Not recieving the Harrowing summoner icons.

So, let me start off by saying I HAVE won 3 games in the hexakill gamemode, and mystery gifted my friend, but not yet have I recieved the harrowing summoner icons, a lot of my friends are facing the same issue, but others seem to get the icon instantly. I have also waited 24 hours for the icon given for winning 3 games of hexakill, but it's starting to get a little frustrating. If you are having these issues please reply, and if you know a fix please also reply, I want these icons as soon as possible.

I figure they will probably be waiting till the end to give them out (or so I assume). I've done everything and the only one I got was the one I had to buy :S

I guess now I can say that I will never get my harrowing icon :/
