Game Freezes

So league will just randomly freeze on me it allows me to alt+tab and i can open task manager but the client stays full screen and I can't see or do anything but hard reset my pc. I also removed the Xbox game bar so idk what it could be.

do you use anything from razer + software? I had the same problem for a long time (game always froze at around 19 minutes) and closing razer synapse helped
