Hearing other languages in client

I am hearing champion voices (?) in other languages - I think Japanese - while playing on my laptop. This happens while playing Master Yi and Volibear in 5 v 5 Co-Op vs AI and PvP games on Summoner's Rift. Happens with patch 5.24. Specs: OS: Windows 7 64 Bit SP1 CPU: Intel Core i5 2520M @ 2.50GHz RAM: 6.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 664MHz MOBO: LENOVO 4291G26 DISPLAY: LCD 1366x768 GFX: Intel HD Graphics 3000 STORAGE: 111GB Samsung SSD 840 Series (SSD)

EDIT: Game and OS and everything on this computer is set to US: English

Bro, It's Illaoi She won't shut-up, & needs to be loud, so occasionally, you hear her say something. Usually after a death, or a kill.
