my LOL client disappears after i click launch

Hi, I need help as my client is disappearing after i click launch. I cannot play, and do not know what to do about this.

Try using the lol.launcher.admin to launch the game instead of lol.launcher, and/or running it as Administrator. Also make sure your firewall is allowing all LoL client programs. You can find lots of troubleshooting methods from the Support page, or more likely by Googling your issue.

i tried all of that I still have the same problem.
