Client Freezing During Queue/Champion Select

As title. When queuing with friends, they'll tell me i didn't accept the AFK check, whereas it'll still be waiting for a queue to pop on my screen. In solo queue, i can tell a game has been found and i haven't gotten an accept check because i won't be able to cancel the queue after that, and it'll periodically give me unknown errors. Happens completely randomly, and extremely frequently.

Sometimes it freezes when it reaches champion select, and i'll see someone preparing to ban/pick a champion at 0 seconds forever until i restart the client.
