Kalista makes me lag

Every game that Kalista is I get the awful stuttering lag. It is not a ping spike and there is no change in my fps. It does not depend on who is playing kalista, if she is in the game I will lag. I think it has something to do with her ult. I dont feel the lag until a bit of the way through and today I noticed that it didnt happen until lvl 6. I've added a copy of my dxdiag in case it is relevant.
