Mouse Scroll and Zooming issue

Hi, a few months ago a friend changed her mouse settings in the input file in order to disable zooming in and out with the scroll wheel. she changed it to

[MouseSettings] RollerButtonSpeed = 0

However she wants to be able to zoom with the scroll again, and can't seem to find a way to fix it. She reinstalled LoL, deleted files, tried different settings in the config file as there is no longer an input file after an update. And nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to restore the ability to zoom in with the scroll wheel?

Thank you.
