rune page/mastery page bug can't scroll new client

when i first upgraded my client to the new one i was amazed with how good it was but io couldn't not notice that there was a problem with the rune /mastery pages because when you try to switch from one to another it does not respond and i ended up playing annie full ad masteries/runes so please fix this or whoever has a solution plz say it and thank you for reading
