Anivia Flashfrost (Q) Crosshair Size/Position Bug

Just the circle of the end of Anivia's Q is the problem. The crosshair, before casting, seems to grow and shrink (ascend and descend?) on Blue side objects. If something gets destroyed, the problem won't happen on that object anymore. I don't know if this only affects mid lane, and if it only affects those 3 objects. I'm using the Blackfrost skin. I think this began in patch 4.19.

1. Stand a Flashfrost length distance away from a turret, torch, or inhibitor on Blue side.
2. Put your cursor , or tip of the arrow, over an object and adjust the distance slightly for a bigger change.
3. From the inside of the wall it shrinks, and vice versa.
