HEXTECH CHESTS NOT BEING EARNED. (GAMEPLAY)

While playing a few matches with my friend we noticed that if we play a champion we own but is also rotated on freeweek, we do not receive the chests for those champions. we've tried a few of the free week champions and whenever a teammate earns an S even if we own the champion that is on freeweek, we do not receive the chests, then when we play champions not on freeweek, we get the chests when someone earns an S. This issue seems to be a big bug within either the client or gameplay aspect of the game an i wish to see this quickly resolved because it prevents players from earning due rewards. the champion i played while a teammate received an S was most recently, hopefully this message reaches you and you are able to fix this problem.[zombie-brand-mindblown]
