Hotkey Bug - Hotkeys Won't Work Upon Loading In

Please fix this once and for all riot for the love of god. This is an issue that I have been faced with more and more as of late and that many people have experienced over the years. Sometimes when I load into a game my hotkeys don't work and then I have to restart the client 2-3 times in some cases and end up losing early xp and gold and fall behind as a result. This is not an issue with my keyboard as I'm still able to type in chat and type to login etc. Please address this issue as I haven't seen much feedback on this issue from Riot ever. @ any and every riot employee that sees this
