I am not able to install league of legends but I am able to download it [Client]

Whenever I try to open the installer in the folder (file location) , a notification pops up with an X saying "WIndows cannot find . . . Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again". I do not know what is wrong and if it has to do anything with administrator settings or system administrator policies but I just cant figure out what to do. It also says that error for other apps that I try to open when I downloaded it. I am not able to open the installer :(
