Announcer portraits are slightly off center from their borders

This is probably extremely nitpicky, but it's one of those "can't unsee" things, atleast for me. The portraits have been like this since around Zoe came out, and it just doesn't look very clean to me. It's been consistently like that for about every second announcer text that comes up, and I've tried using repair tool as well as reinstalling the game fully. Again though, very nitpicky, and I'm probably one of the only ones noticing this at all. But if an easy fix would be possible, it'd make me glad ;D

Edit: Something I've noticed is that, while I see the off center portraits when I watch streamers playing the game as well, it does not appear to be case for LCS, where all the portraits are perfectly centered. No idea why it's different like that.
