Frozen Login screen

Hi, I am unable to even get to the LoL login screen because the window is stuck/frozen on this blue screen, Honestly I though it was a little bug and it would fix itself after a day or so but 2/3 days later I am still stuck with it. Is there a way to fix this without having to reinstall the entire game ? I'll have a picture of the bug right below.
