Beta Client Issues

Hello, my account is magistrateelite and I have been having issues on the Beta Client. I do not know if it is because of my laptop, but I ran the legacy client just fine. On the Beta, it takes twice as long to actually load the login screen and to actually log in. When I get to champion select, my screen freezes and I miss ban and pick phases. I have tried four games so far and the only one that worked was my single ARAM game. The other three were normal drafts and I froze right at the preferred pick phase. After around two minutes, I ended up back in que each time. For now, I am using the Legacy client and playing just fine. Yet again, it could be my system, but I thought I'd report my issues anyway.
