Rammus minimap bug

It appears in one place of the minimap and then riappears in another one???? I have only seen this with Rammus...

I've seen some jumping around of icons on the minimap before - but I also noticed that the clip had some "time skips" (partially hidden by the social media pulldown window in the corner of the video). Given the "editing", it's quite possible that the red buff was warded plus there was sufficient time for the Rammus (and friends) to get to the Lee Sin in time.
