GAMEPLAY Chroma Pack Master Yi

Hello, I just bought the Headhunter Master Yi chroma pack today. When I go into a Team Builder Solo Que, it allows me to choose the color I would like and it seems to be going smoothly. As the game loads, I noticed that my portrait did not say "Aqua Headhunter Master Yi" and the chroma was not active in game.

This has happened three times today. I lurked around in the forums looking for a similar issue but most of the chroma pack bug threads are a few months old. Any advice, or...?
