Client won't open

It started off with me opening league to play, at first the patcher wouldn't even open. The league of legends icon in the middle would display there would be some loading circle for my mouse then nothing. The rads or patcher weren't in my processes. So I reinstalled, and the patcher opened did its calculating differences into patching. Then I tried to launch the client, but nothing would happen. The patcher was fully updated and I could see that landing page, but when I hit launch, I see the rads_user_kernel and LoL_Launcher in my processes then they just disappear and nothing else happens. This is especially frustrating since I already did a fresh install.
