I click accept when the queue pops, the queue timer completes and says I declined. It has happened multiple times and still occurs. I thought the problem was resolved a few patches ago, but it apparently isn't. Yes, I'm sure I click "Accept"

I got kicked out twice telling me I didn't accept, then I missed another game because another player declined, then it told me I declined again when I've hit accept every single time.

Edit: I think this is a recurrent bug. It might be caused by a latency in the information sent or whatever because I just remember that sometime when I have to ban a champion, it can take more than 5 second for my ban (or my pick) to ''lock in'' properly.

Quite a few times earlier today which was really odd, even had the client tell me I left the lobby during champ select... didn't get a penalty even though that message appeared like 2-3 times (cause never did anything so shouldn't get a penalty) it was just weird.
