i need some help for my account region/server transfer ((asap)please)

ok i will cut the cra... cake here...

i have an account on the NA servers i already have an EUNE account too (both of them use the same name and username) i moved because of university and stuff now i want to move my NA account to the EUNE do i have to like delete the EUNE account so i can transfer it or what? i really don't use my EUNE account so there wouldn't be any problem for me to be deleted, i just want my actual account that i spend money on it be played on.

if there is a way please help me, ty
