Server transfer?

This isn't really a bug.

I'm a player from Garena PH. I've been playing NA on and off during my visits to the USA.

Is there any way for me to transfer my account to NA? Or is it out of your power because of Garena?

As for your question, sadly it's not possible to transfer from Garena. They're run completely separately from Riot. :( Sorry my friend.
