[GAMEPLAY] - Ezreal "W" Tower Aggro

When I was hitting an enemy with Ezreals "W" it gave me tower aggro. Is this planned? Maybe it's just the 1 Damage you make that is for getting an assist, but then for example the Anivia wall or Trundle Pillar have the same 1 Damage but dont get Tower aggro right?
