[Client] Team Builder Champion Skin selection bug: Invisible Edition

Hello everyone again, I'm back with a bug that I reported previous that seemed to be resolved in a previous patch, but has resurfaced again in Patch 5.3. The problem originally was that when Team Builder memorized a previous champion and skin, It would select both the default and previously selected skin, the default taking priority. Deselecting the choice skin with another skin and reselecting would resolve the issue, but in this patch the same thing happens, but there is no orange outline that shows both skins are selected, probably because the client isn't memorizing both like last time. So same issue, same quick fix, hopefully a new resolution to come. Thanks for listening!
