game loading problem

Hi, I am playing LoL with my laptop using my xperia z 3 hotspot for several month, in the last 2 weeks i cant play. They account is logging perfecly, i can speak in chat, join qeues.. But when the qeue is done and game is about to begin i have a black screen and after like 30 mins a message with a firewall problem appears.. I tried all the support guides but none help... Anyone kbow what to do?
