I was in a ranked game playing Vi. My Q randomly stops working out of no where. Because of this, I couldn't secure kills, I was losing objectives and I basically lost the game for my team because of not being able to do anything with this. And I lose LP for it. After the game, I tell everyone what happened and the Katarina on the other team even admitted she had the same problem last game with Q not working. I lose LP for this bug. Please fix and give loss prevented if possible.

I have had this happen a number of times. I believe it happens when you are winding up your Q and you are killed. Then when you come back from the graveyard you cant use it till you force quit your client and come back.
