HOW HARD IS IT TO FIX ERROR 183 FAIL TO CREATE FILE
It's been half a year, happens in at least both EU and NA, and after so many patches it is still there to take half of my rank scores away??????

Sounds like a file permissions issue on your end. The support site has a walkthrough on how to make sure permissions are properly enabled.
