loading screen not working

i got a problem with the league game it self . i click ready to play and i go into champ select and it runs smoothly as always but when i get into my loading screen it says disconnected from server please check internet connection and its perfectly fine i have watched a few YouTube videos to help me but it hasn't and i do not know what to do plz if u know anything that can help ill try anything thank you
