Friend Request Bugg

Hey, i cant sent friend request since 1 month and i have already written a lot tickets about this problem but it is still continuing. I tried to send friend reqest from my second accont (ItzNightmarelol2) and it was okey, but when i try to do it from my main account its bugged and i do both things from one PC, thats why i think the problem isnt from my PC but its from league and i think you can help me. Also i reinstalled the league but it it doesnt help.Furthermore i tried with hextech repair tool but it didnt help too. How can i fix this problem? Thanks!

Well there is a guy that posted here on boards problem with his account ( he cant q in the game or invite friends or play at all the game and it's only for that account ) seems like you are not alone here my friend I can't open shop loot and or my collection (it has a black screen ) and its only for that account related . Well, one rioter replayed that he messaged another team for the problem that the guy had maybe they will replay to your message here too.
