[Spectator] Rammus portrait is missing in the Spectator client.

In Spectator mode, Rammus (in this case, Full Metal Rammus) was missing a portrait, leaving an empty square where it should be.

Steps (this requires two clients.)

• Have Client one launch a game with Rammus.
• Have Client two spectate Client one.

Result No Rammus portrait.
