Level 1 - Fired Up mission bugged

Won't progress, stuck on 2 out of 3. Doesn't even tell what I need to do to progress it. I'm guessing that the mission has completed, but it hasn't triggered the level 2 mission.

Tried multiple client restarts too and nothing.
