Mundo invisible cleaver [GAMEPLAY]

During a game we just played, we went up against Mundo in bot lane and ten minutes in we noticed our health was being chipped down because of Mundo's Q but there was **no **attacks or cleavers visible.

This caused ** lots of problems** throughout the game and gave them an unfair advantage as he could dodge us but we **could not **do the same for him. This caused many problems as when he was hidden in the bush as we could not see the animation of him throwing it. When we mentioned it in all chat the team just said that they knew about it and it was also happening with Nidalee spears. I wasn't sure if this had been brought to attention yet or if anyone else had really noticed, and my team had told me to report this and how to, so please deal with it.
