Mana-Flow Band Rune UI BUG.

that's what that line on the minimap is, my son had it a yesterday as well, and his team icons are to the left as yours are.

I too have seen the issue. Reproduction:

1. Teammate(s) with Manaflow Band rune.
2. Have Teammate frame on the left before match start.
3. ?
4. Complain.

Temp fix, Have in match BOTH frames on right.

Side Issue(s): When I set both frames to the left then resetting them both to the right, I had champions who don't have a 'resource' (Mundo and Katarina) with resource bars suddenly with the color of mana and Manaflow Band ready.
