Mastery 6 tokens not appearing

i have a mastery 5 nidalee and i have earned an s+ on her recently. I have not received my token and has never said i was. I have earned 3 S- previously and never have received the tokens. Is this a bug or glitch? If so please fix

What game modes were you playing when you got the S- grades? You are only able to earn mastery tokens when playing normal or ranked Summoner's Rift, so if you were playing ARAM, Twisted Treeline, or any of the rotating game modes, you were not able to earn a mastery token.
