[Client] Champ Select Black Screen

A number of times on January 11th and January 12th, my friends and myself have experience an issue. Whenever we try to queue up for a blind pick game, one of us will often end up with our client freezing at a black screen when we try to enter champion select. I can't reliably recreate the issue, especially since the queue times keep getting longer as punishment for our "dodging". It doesn't seem to happen to more than one person at a time so far. It is fixed simply by exiting champion select, not even requiring the client to be closed in order to solve the issue.
